Frequently asked pricing questions

Is VAT included in the price?

No. Prices shown (Cloud and Enterprise) are without VAT. The applicable VAT is added at billing time according to your country and organization type. If you're a Spanish freelancer or company with CIF/NIF, you'll see it itemized on each invoice.

Is there a minimum term or lock-in on Cloud?

No. Cloud is billed monthly (or yearly if you choose annual) and you can cancel any time. If you cancel mid-period, the service stays active until the end of the billed period and then pauses. No penalties.

What does annual billing actually include?

Annual billing = pay once a year (€200) and get the equivalent of two months free (€16.67/month instead of €20/month). Features are identical to monthly billing. Cancelling mid-year doesn't refund the unused portion — that's why monthly remains reasonable if you're not sure yet.

Are there discounts for education or non-profits?

Yes. Official educational organizations, registered NGOs and social-impact projects can request a discount or a free Cloud edition depending on the case. Email us with documentation that accredits your organization and we'll review it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cloud: credit or debit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise: also bank transfer with 30-day terms by prior agreement. For Spanish public administrations we issue FACe-compatible invoices.

Do you charge per learner, course or storage?

We don't charge per user on any edition — we don't bill per seat. Cloud includes generous resources (storage, bandwidth, executions) sized for academies and mid-sized training departments. Above certain thresholds you move to higher tiers. Enterprise is sized to your needs.

Can I move from Cloud to Enterprise without losing data?

Yes, no data loss. The Enterprise migration includes moving to dedicated infrastructure and configuring SSO, integrations and SLA, but courses, learners, certificates and history come along intact. Our team handles it as part of onboarding.

Will Cloud's price go up over time?

If we adjust pricing, we notify at least 60 days in advance and existing customers keep their current price for a grace period of at least 12 months. No surprise hikes. Annual billing locks your price for the contracted year.
